Attorney Kathleen Earnshaw began her career as an attorney at Marcotte Law Firm, a general practice firm in Lowell, Massachusetts. In 1993 she moved to The Legal Clinics in Nashua, New Hampshire and in 1995 she started her own practice concentrating in family law, personal injury cases, probate and estate planning.
Upon opening her law office, Attorney Earnshaw started her first day of business with over 35 clients. Her practice continues to grow by personal referral, as word of her kind and caring manner, coupled with her unparalleled aggressiveness began to spread.


In 1981,
Kathleen Earnshaw received her Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration from Merrimack College in North Andover,
Massachusetts. She graduated from the New England
School of Law in 1988.
In 1988, Attorney Earnshaw was
admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and in 1992 admitted to
the New Hampshire Bar Association.
